TERMS

All customers are considered C.O.D. until credit is approved and terms are established.  C.O.D. orders require a 25% deposit before the order is booked.

 

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

Overdue accounts are subject to a 1½% per month (18% pr annum) finance charge plus cost of collection, if any, unless other arrangements have been approved in writing prior to booking an order.  Accounts are overdue after 30 days.

PRICES

For wholesale prices please call  your sales representative through the phone number listed above.  The wholesale prices are applicable to registered nurserymen and dealers based on present market conditions and may change without notice.  Prices are F.O.B. Waynesboro Nurseries, Inc., Waynesboro, VA.  Specimen stock selected by customers here at the nurseries will be charged according to its value.

 

MINIMUM ORDERS

We request the minimum order be at least $200.00 for pickups and $600.00 for deliveries.  Please contact your salesperson to receive details about delivery to your area..

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once an order is booked, any cancellation must be received before the expected digging date.  If an order is already in process, we expect you to receive it.  A 25% restocking fee may be charged n certain situations.

 

SHIPPING

Please provide proper shipping instructions with your order so it will not be delayed.  We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay when shipment is made by carriers other than our own.  We can provide delivery for you by our own trucks or obtain the services of reliable private carriers to keep the cost at a minimum for you.

Please contact our shipping coordinator to schedule delivery and get a quote on freight charges.

 

PICKUP ORDERS

Please call in and schedule a pickup appointment with our shipping coordinator.  Scheduling your pickup time helps us get your plants loaded with a minimum of waiting.

 

CONDITIONS OF PICKUP ORDERS

If material is not picked up within 7 days after being notified it is ready, Waynesboro Nurseries, Inc. will not be responsible for the plant material.  An additional charge may be added for holding plant material past the 7 day period.

 

COVERING MATERIAL

Please bring along suitable covering to protect your material in transit.  Sheeting can be provided at an additional cost.

 

CAUTION

All materials offered subject to prior sale. We accept all orders subject to crop conditions and on condition that same shall be void should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost, error in count, or other causes beyond our control. All orders are accepted without liability for non-performance if labor shortage or delay in transportation should prevent us from making delivery.

 

GUARANTEE OF GENUINENESS

If any nursery stock proves to be untrue to description of variety name under which it is sold, we hold ourselves in readiness, upon proper proof, to replace such nursery stock or refund the original amount paid. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for said nursery stock. We give no guarantee, expressly or implied, as to life or productiveness of any nursery stock sold at these wholesale prices.

 

CLAIMS

Errors made by us will gladly be corrected. Claims for any cause must be made promptly upon receipt of plant materials. We will not entertain claims after goods have been accepted or when written report is not made within six days after arrival of stock.
